My name is Martí Rodríguez, and I hold a degree in Sport and Physical Activity Sciences. Sport has been a central part of my life for more than a decade, both as an athlete and as a coach. With over 10 years of experience as a competitive athlete and 3 years coaching triathletes, I combine academic knowledge with real-world performance insight.
I have worked with triathletes of all levels, from beginners preparing for their first race to experienced athletes chasing personal bests. My approach is structured, individualized, and performance-driven, focusing not only on physical development but also on building resilience, consistency, and confidence.
I believe in smart training, long-term progression, and maximizing each athlete’s potential through precision, commitment, and trust.
